# Request A Tour

Lorenz Clinic is excited to host organizations, community members, and potential new clients on tours of our facilities. If interested in touring one of our Day Treatment or IOP facilities, please submit the form and one of our staff will reach out to schedule your visit. 

*Visits typically take place during the noon hour when our Day Treatment spaces are not active. *
